Private Residence

Parallel Studios developed and fabricated a pair of custom outdoor cabinets for a private residence. The cabinets were designed to integrate closely with the existing exterior of the home, both in material language and proportion, and to function as considered architectural elements within the outdoor space.

Constructed from thermally modified ash and marine grade phenolic plywood with steel detailing, the cabinets were built for long term exterior durability. One unit features a custom poured concrete countertop, integrated into the overall composition. The result is a set of outdoor elements that balance utility with architectural clarity, contributing to the overall character of the exterior rather than reading as purely functional storage.
